Due to continued expansion we are now seeking an experienced sales person to join our existing well established Kettering based sales team. The role is new business focussed, with primary responsibility of adding to the company’s extensive portfolio of technology solutions to SME and larger organisations throughout the UK and beyond.

Our current client base includes some of the top UK and international companies who are embracing emerging technologies to manage their mission critical business infrastructure.  Our technical abilities are matched only by our ambition to provide the most advanced products and services to our growing list of clients in the private and public sector.

We are seeking two experienced, enthusiastic and professional individuals with a proven target based track record. Candidates should have strong fundamental understanding of IT systems and networks along with experience in selling products from Citrix and VMWare and/or other related technologies.

Preferred Experience –

• At least 3 years IT Sales experience
• A professional and confident manner
• Proven track record in successfully selling Virtualisation and Cloud Computing Solutions
• A strong understanding of Citrix, VMWare and MicroSoft
• Ability to present at Director and CEO level
• Storage and Managed Services experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to think laterally under pressure

Role: Network Security Implementation Engineer – Citrix Consultant

Assist Limited is looking to hire a Citrix technology expert for our Workplace Consulting team.

Working on some of the largest and leading edge projects, the purpose of the Network Security Implementation Engineer is to be customer facing and play an active role in mid to large scale cloud based computing and desktop virtualisation projects for our customers. This will involve delivering throughout the complete project lifecycle including pre-sales, design and as part of build, test and deployment teams.

This role is focused primarily on Citrix technologies and we are looking for an expert to supplement our growing focus on this technology vendor. Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience of implementing multiple technologies in the Citrix product stack.  We will however, consider candidates that demonstrate strengths in similar technologies.

The key areas and technologies the ideal candidate will show strong experience in are:

• Solid knowledge of at least two of the following: Cisco (PIX, IPS, routers, switches), F5, Citrix Netscaler
• Integrate multiple SBC and VDI technologies to provide a unified solution to end users
• The ability to design solutions based on physical and virtual environments
• Excellent technical knowledge of storage platforms, and how to optimize them for SBC
• Design and Implementation knowledge of Citrix Access Gateway and NetScaler technologies
• Experience in designing highly available, cross data centre solutions
• Experience or knowledge of alternative remote access / WAN optimisaton technologies would be advantageous

Qualifications

In addition to the technical knowledge and project delivery experience, the ideal candidate will come from background with excellent customer facing skills, have experience of producing high quality written deliverables (High/Detailed Level Design, responses to RFP/RFI etc), be a team player actively contributing to knowledge sharing, and must be willing and able to travel within the UK and less frequently internationally.

The perfect candidate will possess at least ONE of the following qualifications:

CCNA, CCEE, CCA for Citrix NetScaler 9, F5-SEL: F5 System Engineer – LTM, F5-SEG F5 System Engineer – GTM

OR Attended CNS-300-2 - Advanced Administration for Citrix NetScaler 9.0 Platinum Edition
